Rates quoted are self-pay only. Insured patients pay their plan's copay or coinsurance.

How do I verify my insurance coverage?

What if my insurance isn't listed?
Call us. We may still be in-network through a plan partnership, and if not, self-pay is always an option.
Do you offer payment plans for self-pay?
Talk to us. We try to work with patients on cost, especially for longer-term treatment.
Will my insurance cover Spravato?
Most major insurance plans (including Medicare) cover Spravato for treatment-resistant depression. We'll verify before we start treatment.
Do I need a referral?
Most plans don't require one for psychiatric care, but it depends on your specific plan. Call and we'll help you check.
